The sixth grade students have been making projects for Columbus Day. They made posters that describe who he was, where he went, and what he found. Columbus is a controversial figure, due to his treatment of the native peoples he encountered. He was not thought of as a great leader of men, but certainly had great courage to set out into the unknown in wooden ships.
Dear parents,
Soccer club students have been enjoying the club for four weeks now. Students are not only learning different skills from educational videos and instructional resources, but also they are practicing the new knowledge every week. They are having a lot fun.
At this point we are still in need of at least 2 goals. We will need your help to raise funds to purchase them or get them donated to school. You may choose to contribute some for the cost of these goals as well. Any help is appreciated.
The goals that we are looking for are to be 12’ by 6’ soccer/handball goals.
