SCIENCE OLYMPIAD in Orlando

Picture 050Stars Middle School Science Olympiad Team competed in Orlando at Orlando Invitational Science Olympiad this weekend. We had a lock-in at Orlando Science Middle School. Our students did very good in the events. Cikayah Harrison and Tiffany Planner got first place in Disease Detective event, Billy Perry and Desiree Guillory-Ader got third place in Fossils event. Other students also got 3 fifth places in Dynamic Planet, Science Crime Busters, and Ornithology.We, as a team, got 'Outstanding Team Award'.

Next Competition: February 26, 2011 - Northeast Regional Science Olympiad, in Lake City.
