STUDENTS ENTERING 7TH GRADE NEXT SCHOOL YEAR MUST HAVE Immunization Documentation on file at school before the start of the new school year.  Students entering 7^th grade next year are required to have a TDAP shot. Parents are encouraged to have their children immunized as soon as possible for the 2012 – 2013 school year!  Parents can schedule an appointment to receive the required 7^th grade shot with their child’s Pediatrician. To schedule an immunization appointment at the Leon County Health Department, or for additional information about the required immunization, please call the Leon County Health Department Immunization Program Office at (850) 606-8020. All children receiving immunizations through the Leon County Health Department must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and will need to bring a copy of their child’s complete immunization record to the appointment.
